One of the great things about this diet is that you can Customize the diet to fit your specific needs

Whether you have 10 pounds to release or 100 pounds or more, this diet can work for you! Following you will find out how you can customize the diet to best fit your needs.

Adjust the Diet to fit your Time Schedules:

If you are an early riser or a late riser, adjust the daily start time and follow the meal frequency outlined in the Diet Handouts.

For people who have 20 pounds or fewer to release:

By following this diet to the letter, you will most likely be able to lose your weight in the first round of the diet (the first 30 days). Keep in mind that the general weight-loss with this diet is .5 to 1 pound per day. The soonest you can stop the diet and retain all of the benefits of the diet is 26 days (23 days of drops/pellets plus 3 days to exit the diet). To make certain that you lose as much weight as you desire, start the diet as it is designed even if you only have 10 pounds to release. When you reach your optimal weight, keep taking the drops through day 23 and increase the number of calories that you are consuming of the same foods allowed on the diet (such that your weight neither increases nor decreases from your optimal weight). In other words, eat as much as you like of the foods allowed on the diet that allows you to remain your desired weight. Remember that this diet is targeting and consuming the stored fat, what happens when people run out of stored fat is that they get very hungry. So, if from one day to the next, you become very hungry, you may have lost all the weight (stored fat) that you have to lose on this diet.

For people who have 20 to 75 pounds to release:

Eat the diet as it is outlined in the Weight-Loss handouts regarding both quantity of food and meal frequency. You want to think of this diet as 30 to 40 day “rounds” of dieting. When the “round” is over you will be consuming a maintenance diet for 2 to 4 weeks and then start the next round. A typical maintenance diet will include an expanded version of the diet menu (Meats, Vegetables and Fruits). If you want to celebrate your diet success without sabotaging everything that you have just achieved, it is best to eat a sensible maintenance diet and splurge one day per week. On that day eat what you enjoy most…then mind your “p’s” and “q’s” for the rest of your maintenance diet week!

For people who have 75 pounds and more to lose:

Follow the Diet Handout and add meals such that you lose .5 to 1 pound per day. When I started the diet, I had over 100 pounds to release. I actually followed the Diet Handout to the letter and released approximately 25 pounds with each “round” of the diet. At that time, I was exercising inconsistently and at low intensity that is why the Diet as it is outlined in the Handout worked for me. However, if someone is exercising consistently, at medium intensity and has 100 pounds to release, they will likely need to add on at least 1 additional meat and vege meal per day. Play with the quantities until you are releasing a half pound to a pound per day. Congratulations for taking yourself on! This is the most rewarding, “count-on-able” diet I have ever done and I am so grateful to be seeing my shape come back!   • How long do I do the Diet Protocol?

Typically, the diet will be done in 30 to 40 day increments of the active weight-loss program.  In the instructions you receive with your Weight Loss Formula purchase, you will see the exact way to start, continue and exit the diet.  When the 30 to 40 day dieting period is complete, if you have reached your optimal weight, Congratulations!!! Follow the guidelines for diet Maintenance.

 

  • How much weight will I lose in 30 to 40 days?

Typically people will lose between .5 and 1 pound per day.  Therefore, in a 30 to 40 day protocol, one will generally lose between 15 and 40 pounds.

 

  • I have tried many diets and none have resulted in lasting weight-loss; how is this diet different that the others?  Once I have lost the weight; how will I keep it off?

This Weight-Loss program was designed to take the weight off quickly and in a manner that you can count on.  In conducting and exiting the diet properly, the intention is to reset the hypothalamus thereby resetting the metabolism to a higher level.  Once one has achieved one’s weight-loss goals, the best results will be achieved with the intake of foods akin to the foods on the diet plan (organic natural foods that your body recognizes as food).

  • If I followed the same diet without the Weight Loss Formula, would I lose as much Weight?
